As a marketing company with many remote employees, it was really important for us to have a phone system that could accommodate our business needs. We were really hesitant about changing our phone lines, however we needed to make a move fast because the quality and rate we were paying for our phone lines were horrible. We have a large sales team, and it was important we had a system that was not only crystal crisp, however it needed to have many features such as email faxing, auto attendance or our incoming calls, remote extensions for each rep, and voice mail services. We worked closely with Mr. Rick and with further coordination, we were able to make a seamless switch. I am speechless. The biggest bang for our buck. We are saving hundreds on our phone lines and in return we are receiving a superior service.

Great Phone Service! I researched lot of companies that offer similar iPBX services--their solutions were not as comprehensive, intuitive, or user friendly as Micro Trends. We are in business of printing high quality product brochures, catalogs, posters etc. since 1936.  We signed up for MTI-Elite phone service in May 2013.  We have excellent voice quality and have many cool features in the 3CX iPBX software.   I recommend Micro Trends for their Phone Service and their Networking.
