Am I going to be tied into a contract?
Your contract is month to month. If you are not satisfied with the reception you may cancel. All you pay for is the month you had the service. Better yet! We setup a live demo account. You will receive and make test calls using that demo number. Only when you are satisfied we will transfer your existing numbers on our service.
How do I sign up?
You can fill out contact form on this site or email info@micro-trends.com with the number of lines you have. We will get back to you to access your needs and viability.
How much is unlimited?
You get unlimited phone lines, also called Call Paths. You choose the plan best suites your call pattern. Your phone bill will only go up when you hire new employees or start a Call Center your monthly bill stays the same.
Can I upgrade at a later date?
You can start with the smallest plan and upgrade during the month. You may also down grade the services during the month.
How do I cancel my agreement?
You give us 30 day notice of cancellation and pay any outstanding balances.
Do I get a free t-shirt?
Upon completion of your phone system installation we will provide you a Micro-Trends Polo shirt.
